Both SKF and the Japanese bearing manufacturers have visited ZVL plants to view this technology. *Inner and outer raceways are ground and honed to achieve a precise surface finish *All bearings are 100% noise checked to industry standards. *Grade #10 balls are utilized. *Sealed bearings are pre-packed with Chevron SRI #2 grease which is a widely-known and accepted grease in the electric motor industry. This grease is primarily noted for its high speed characteristics and low noise operation. *Bearings are available in a C3 fit as sealed, shielded, or open. *All bearings are designed and manufactured in accordance to ABMA and ISO standards.
